Hamer Strength-Speed was developed by Todd Hamer to help all athletes achieve their personal goals. This site is for discussion and knowledge sharing regarding athletics, training, nutrition, and general conditioning.

Todd Hamer has worked with numerous collegiate, professional, and amateur athletes. Todd received a bachelors of science from Penn State and a masters degree from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). In addition, Todd is a competitive powerlifter with his best lifts at 545 squat, 375 bench press, and 500 deadlift. Todd has also competed in many running events, completing a 5K in under 20 minutes with a 5:07 mile. For more information, read Todd's bio.
